We take accuracy seriously. If you spot an error on our site, we want to know about it so we can investigate and correct it promptly.
How to report an error
If you notice incorrect pricing data, outdated information, a factual error, or a broken link on any page, please email us with the following details:

- 2.A description of the error or what appears incorrect
- 3.If possible, the correct information or a source we can verify against

- 2If the error is confirmed, we correct the affected page as soon as practicable.
- 3For significant errors, we update the "Last updated" date on the page to reflect the correction.
Types of content we correct
- Incorrect pricing figures or bill estimates
- Wrong distributor or network assignments for a suburb
- Outdated regulatory references (DMO, VDO dates)
- Factual errors in guides or reports
- Broken links or missing pages
- Spelling or grammar errors
We do not alter editorial opinions or analysis based on retailer requests. If a retailer believes their data is misrepresented, they can contact us with supporting documentation.
