Our service provides an independent comparison of energy plans available in Australia for both residential households and business or SME users. The information provided is general in nature and should not be considered personal financial advice.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our forms, comparison tools, and calculators.

Our energy comparison tool is powered by Compare & Connect, operated by Residential Connections Pty Ltd (ABN 63 612 925 434). When you use the comparison tool, you are interacting with Compare & Connect's platform and are subject to their terms and conditions.

• We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or services of Compare & Connect or any energy retailer.
• Any contract you enter into with an energy retailer through the comparison tool is between you and that retailer. We are not a party to that contract.

These Terms apply equally to business and SME users. By using our business energy comparison tools, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of your business and to enter into contracts with energy retailers.

Business energy quotes displayed on our platform are indicative only and may vary based on actual usage, location, meter configuration, and retailer terms. We recommend reviewing all contract terms directly with the energy retailer before committing to a business energy plan.

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our data, energy rates change frequently. We do not guarantee that the rates, discounts, or terms shown on our Site will match the final offer provided by the retailer.

In no event shall Energy Plans Australia be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the Compare & Connect comparison tool, including but not limited to incorrect quotes, failed connections, or disputes with energy retailers.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Site.
